How To Order
To place an order, you can email, call, text, or message us on Facebook. We also have an order form you can fill out and we will be in touch with you on a shipping quote. We will get back to you as soon as possible. This helps us answer any questions you may have and recommend products to you. We love to get to know our customers this way!

We ship 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. All products are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Shipping is not calculated in any of our prices except most (but not all) GQF items. We will get you a quote once we receive your order. We will need your zip code to figure shipping. Shipping is determined by the dimensional weight. Orders will be shipped once they are paid. Some products will be direct ship from the manufacturer.
**Certain medications are not for sale or cannot be shipped to California residents. Please check with us.
We do not ship out of the United States.
We accept Venmo, Facebook Pay, PayPal, or Cards.
We charge a 3.5% + 15¢ fee for all card payments over the phone. In order to process your card, we will need card #, expiration date, and 3 digit code on back of the card.
There is a $25.00 fee for all checks returned.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep our prices updated but some times the manufacturers change their pricing and descriptions without notifying their dealers. We cannot be responsible for any errors in the descriptions or listed pricing.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact us for returns. We accept returns, within 5 days of arrival, if the item has not been opened or used. We are not responsible for shipping charges to return any products. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all items being returned.
Refunds will be given once we receive the products back. No refunds on shipping charges or card fees unless we made the error. No returns on vaccines.
We cannot be responsible for any shipping damages. Once a package or product leaves our hands, we are not responsible. If any damages may occur, please contact us immediately and we will file a claim with the carrier facility. To do so, we will need pictures of the package itself and the product inside that is damaged.

Customer information is defined as name, address, phone number, email, card and account information.
We cannot be responsible for any medicine dosage errors. We are not a pharmaceutical company, therefore all of our dosages are suggestions.

For orders being shipped, there is $1.00 shipping and handling fee that will be added to your order.
